Michela Alessandra Denti
Prof. Michela A. Denti leads the Laboratory of RNA Biology and Biotechnology at the Department CIBIO of the University of Trento, where she teaches "Biology of RNA" to BSc, MD and PhD students.
Her research interests range from non-coding RNA's functions in cancers and neurodegenerative diseases, to their use as biomarkers in these diseases. She is also focused on the development of RNA Therapies for inherited diseases.

Research scientist at OPTOI, working on assay development for optical sensors.
Katarína Juríková
A post-doctoral fellow in Emilio Cusanelli’s lab at CIBIO, University of Trento, studying the biology of TERRA, the long non-coding RNA derived from telomeres, in the cytoplasm of human telomerase-negative cancers.
Julieta Rivosecchi
A post-doctoral fellow in Emilio Cusanelli’s lab at CIBIO, University of Trento, studying the role of TERRA in the development of alternative telomere maintenance in cancer.
